Sentiment Survey - Win a £100 O'Neills Voucher!

This survey is designed to assess how members and stakeholders perceive various aspects of club operations and culture. The survey consists of 50 questions across 8 sections focussing on different aspects of the club as well as a brief introduction and closing section. It should take no more than 15 minutes to complete.

As part of our commitment to continuous improvement and in light of upcoming facility developments supported by the local council, the committee are conducting a comprehensive sentiment survey to inform the club’s new 5-Year Strategic Improvement Plan - Game Plan 2030.

The survey will run from Fri 30th May - Fri 13th June giving you 2 weeks to get your feedback to us!

Results will be announced at the AGM (July TBC), with an article communicated out the following day detailing the results of the survey and the next steps for Game Plan 2030.

The survey is completely anonymous, so this is your chance to air your thoughts and feelings about how Southampton Hockey Club is run! Your responses will directly influence the priorities and actions we take to enhance the experience for current and future members over the next 5 years and beyond.

What’s more, once you’ve completed the survey a link to enter a draw for a £100 O’Neills voucher will be displayed. Make sure you click the link and submit your email or you won’t be entered into the draw!
