Phase one of the Bassett Avenue works has been completed a few days ahead of schedule, despite the snow and ice last week. As a result Bassett Avenue will be reopened by 6am on Friday morning.

Phase two of the work to resurface Bassett Avenue overnight will go ahead as planned from 8pm Monday, 12 March. The resurfacing will require the full closure of Bassett Avenue in both directions between 8pm and 6am Monday to Friday for up to three weeks.
